Yoga for First Responders

The Office of Emergency Management Resiliency Steering Committee is offering a free, in-person Yoga Program for El Paso Fire Fighters and their families. This yoga program is government funded through the August 3rd Family Resiliency Center (FRC) and West Texas Responders nonprofit organization. Currently, they are providing yoga classes for Law Enforcement Responders and now have the capacity to include the EPFD.Interested employees who feel they were impacted by the August 3rd event should reach out to Dr. Deborah Ontiveros at (915) 593-5676 or directly to one of the instructors to reserve a spot in class.

  • Mondays at 9:00 am (Alternating Ashtanga and Rocket Yoga) with Rosalynn (915) 474-2308
  • Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30 am (Gentle Flow Yoga) with Dee (915) 275-9661 or·         
  • Saturdays at 9:00 am (Traditional Ashtanga Yoga) and 11:00 am (Rocket Yoga) with Rosalynn (915) 474-2308 

Since these classes are for first responders and their families, the location will not be given out publicly. The address, in zip code 79935, will be given to you upon class reservation.
