This morning, the El Paso Fire Department welcomed Quint 16 into the fire fleet.
Members of the community, CFO Robert Cortinas and City Representative Alexsandra Annello visited Station 16 to help our firefighters spray down and push the new unit into the station for the first time.
Quint 16 is replacing a 12-year-old fire truck. The crews receiving this unit respond to more than two thousand calls every year.
A second ceremony will be held on December the 15th at 721 E. Rio Grande at 10 AM to welcome Pumper 3 into the fleet.
